Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the return package must be shipped within those 30 days. Returns shipped after this timeframe will not be accepted.

Customers must provide a valid tracking number or shipping confirmation showing the return was sent within the return window.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, refund, or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods
  • Swimwear
  • Used or worn items
  • Items marked as final sale

Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@southhelm.com.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • Clear photos of the item(s)

After review, we will offer a replacement, refund, or exchange at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.
To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item following the return process
  2. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is an optional service that covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. This fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days after inspection
  • Banks may take an additional 5–7 business days to post the funds

How to Return an Item

  1. Email support@southhelm.com with your order number
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions
  3. Repack the item securely in original packaging
  4. Ship the item using a trackable shipping service
  5. Send us the tracking number

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
